Mertes Implement

Started by Lawrence Mertes in 1939, Mertes Implement was previously housed in this
building which once had held the power plant for the city of Bowbells.

 


 

 

On December 4th, 2003 Mertes Implement, now owned and operated by Lawrence's son Greg,
 celebrated the grand opening of its new shop facility.

The new location just north of Bowbells provides much needed room for today's large machinery
